Confidential information may only be shared with law enforcement agencies or for launching the Service on other platforms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content on the Service without written permission from World SMS Plans. You may not use World SMS Plans's trademarks or other content without written permission. World SMS Plans will take legal action against any unauthorized use of its intellectual property. You may not use the Service to broadcast messages for businesses similar to World SMS Plans. The code for the Service is protected by copyright and may not be reverse engineered, replicated, or recreated.

Cancellation Policy

You may deactivate your account at any time by submitting a cancellation request to World SMS Plans's customer care department. World SMS Plans reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without giving any prior notice. World SMS Plans shall not be held liable for any instances of termination of services due to non-renewal or non-payment of dues on time, or violation of the Service Usage Policy.

Refund Policy

World SMS Plans does not refund amounts once paid by the user. Any abuse directed towards World SMS Plans's staff or spamming activity will result in suspension or termination of your services. Any reason for suspension or termination must be discussed with World SMS Plans's customer care. You may not initiate legal action for a refund or money recovery without discussing it with World SMS Plans. Any legal action taken to tarnish the reputation and integrity of World SMS Plans shall be treated as a misuse of law and shall be dealt with legal action under The Indian Penal Code.

Amendments

World SMS Plans may periodically make changes to the Service, including to the descriptions and prices of goods and services advertised, at any time and without notice. World SMS Plans reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. The revised Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Service and shall take effect from the date of such posting. You are advised to review these terms and conditions periodically.

Disclaimer and Exclusion of Liability

World SMS Plans may elect to suspend, terminate, or cancel this agreement if you breach these Terms. World SMS Plans reserves the right to suspend your service at any stage for any reason. Upon termination, you are still responsible for any accrued obligations. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease using the Service. You may terminate this agreement at any time by informing World SMS Plans in writing. Any dispute arising with respect to the usage, services, or any other dispute arising from a third party shall be referred to arbitration. 1 You agree to not take any legal action in the courts of India. You shall inform World SMS Plans and initiate a discussion leading up to arbitration if needed. World SMS Plans reserves the right to take legal countermeasures if you choose to take any legal action. In light of an action caused by a third party, you agree to not initiate any action or proceeding for the damage caused by a third party. World SMS Plans shall not be held liable for any grievances raised by a third party who has received messages through the use of the Service. World SMS Plans reserves the right to initiate a legal action against you if it suspects any misuse of the Service. You must provide genuine proof in any dispute resolution model. Any action taken without the consent of World SMS Plans will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Cancellation Policy

To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to us using the "Contact Us" link on our website. We strive to accommodate our clients' requests; however, it is essential to understand that cancellations must be made within a specific timeframe. Requests received less than 15 business days before the end of the current service period will be considered cancellations for the upcoming service period, and any payments made will not be refunded for that period.
