Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To initiate a cancellation, please reach out to us using the "Contact Us" link on our website. We strive to accommodate our clients' requests; however, it is essential to understand that cancellations must be made within a specific timeframe. Requests received less than 15 business days before the end of the current service period will be considered cancellations for the upcoming service period, and any payments made will not be refunded for that period.

Refund Policy

At WorldSMSPlan, we prioritize your satisfaction with our services. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Our team will make every effort to resolve any issues you may have.

  • Refund Process:

  • If you made your payment via credit card, the refund will be processed back to the original credit card used for the transaction. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of the payment gateway.

  • For payments made via direct bank transfer, refunds will be processed back to the same bank account within 48 hours after the refund request has been approved.

  • QR codes for messages allow smartphones to read them instantly, saving users time when interacting with applications or services, all while remaining completely free under our offering.

Important Note: Refunds will not be applicable for any services that have already been utilized or accessed. We reserve the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

In such cases, we will not be liable for any refund of the remaining balance in that account.
